ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The writ on hand has been instituted to direct the respondents 1 to 6 to take appropriate action as against the 7th respondent for illegally extracting sand from the petitioner's Village Kanmoi namely Melayur Kanmoi, situated in Melayur Village, Ilayangudi Taluk, Sivagangai District and consequently to direct the respondents 1 to 6 to restore the Kanmoi to its original condition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 15.08.2020 within a time frame stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the fifth respondent submitted that action has been initiated pursuant to the complaint filed by the petitioner and criminal cases have been registered. It was subsequently fond that the person against whom the complaint was made is a history-sheeter.

3.In view of the above, the grievances of the petitioner have been addressed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
