RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD) No. 3745 of 2021 in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 3638 of 2021 by order dated 19.05.2021.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.VENKATESH. V.S., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3745 of 2021 in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.3638 of 2021, dated 19.05.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court, vide order 09.03.2021, granted bail to the petitioner on condition that he shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. As per the direction of this Court, the petitioner has complied with the condition from 11.03.2021. Thereafter, the petitioner has filed a petition in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.3745 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3638 of 2021 seeking relaxation of the above said condition. This Court, vide order dated 19.05.2021, modified the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in 15 days, i.e. on every 2nd and 4th Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Now, the petitioner has filed the present petition seeking to relax the above said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would further submit that the investigation has been completed and final report is also ready and the respondent Police is awaiting for sanction from the concerned authority.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every hearing dates without fail and also co-operate for the trial.
