This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to file the final report in Crime No. 183 of 2022 dated 11.12.2022 on the file of the respondent police within the period 1/4

stipulated by this court.

2.On the side of the prosecution it is stated that 7 witnesses were already examined and some other witnesses to be examined. 3.In view of the above said submission, the prosecution is directed to complete the investigation, within a period of two months and file the final report.

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is allowed.
