This Criminal Revision has been filed under Sections 397 r/w 401 of Criminal Procedure Code, to set aside the impugned Conditions "a" and "b" made in the order dated 03/03/2020 in Cr.M.P. No.778 of 2020 on the file of the Learned Special Judge/Principal Sessions Judge, under the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation ) Act, Sivagangai and consequently to return the vehicle, Bolero Maxi Truck Plus, bearing Engine No.TBK4A57791 and its Chasis No.MA1ZP2TBKK6B33733.

ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming upon for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.S.Jeyakarthik, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.K.Dinesh Babu Additional Public Prosecutor, for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

3. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that there is a delay in getting the order copy and prayed time for extension for deposit of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) as directed by this Court.

5. Hence, this petition is allowed and further period of three weeks time is granted to deposit the amount is directed by this Court."
