ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 24.04.2025 under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, praying to grant pre-arrest bail.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Arul, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. In that effect, he has made an endorsement in the case file and the same is extracted hereunder:
