RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the further Extension of time for 6 weeks to deposit the amount before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirunelveli, against the order passed dated 27.08.2020 in Crl.M.P(MD)No.4196 of 2020 in the main petition order passed dated 10.07.2020 in Crl.OP (MD)No.5242 of 2020.

For Anticipatory bail in Crime No.20 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.KABILAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for further extension of time by six weeks to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5242 of 2020, dated 23.09.2020 thereby directing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.5024 of 2020 petitioners to deposit Rs.5 Crores to the credit of 20 of 2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli on or before 20.08.2020 by an order dated 10.07.2020. Subsequently the petitioners filed extension of time petition in Crl.M.P(MD) No.4196 of 2020 and this Court considering the Covid-19 pandemic situation by an order dated 27.08.2020 has extended further time by four weeks. Again the petitioners had filed the present petition for extension of time by six weeks.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has also filed a petition for modification before this Court and the same is also pending.

3. Considering the above statements and also considering the fact that this Court has already extended further period of four weeks, this Court is not inclined to grant further time to deposit the said amount.

4. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
