Alleging that the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.20364 of 2021, dated 21.12.2021, has not been complied with, the present Contempt Petition has been filed before this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it was brought to the notice of this Court that already proceedings have been issued by the District Registrar, Pattukottai, dated 24.03.2023. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, this proceedings is not in line with Paragraph No.8 of the order passed by this Court in the Writ Petition.

3. In the considered view of this Court, the legality or otherwise of the order passed by the District Registrar, dated 24.03.2023, has to independently put to challenge. Hence, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
