: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.B3/005334/88/2020 dated 20.05.2020 and quash the same and consequently, directing the second respondent to appoint the petitioner in any suitable post under the second respondent on compassionate ground, by treating the petitioner's application for compassionate ground dated 30.05.2019 in continuation of his mother's application dated 11.02.2008 and to convert the seniority of his mother's in serial no.9 in favour of the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's mother has been granted appointment, as such, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
