PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS, directing the second respondent to dispose of the petition dated 21.06.2019 given by the petitioner pending before him on the basis of the first respondent proceedings in O.Mu.A2/3452/2019, dated 28.06.2019 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus, directing the second respondent to dispose of the petition dated 21.06.2019 within the stipulated period.

This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the official respondents to consider the petitioner's petition, after issuing notice to the rival claimants, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing and thereafter pass speaking order. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
