ORDER

The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a mandamus, directing the respondent to register the sale deed produced by the petitioner in Token No. Temporary Reference No.TP/265329754/2026 dated 07.04.2026.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that when the petitioner had duly generated the token and presented the document, the document was not received, processed and registered in the manner known to law.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent would submit that except for oral interaction between the parties, the document is not presented to the Registrar.

5. The said factual position is denied by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Be that as it may, the grievance of the petitioner can be redressed by way of the following order and the Writ Petition is disposed of on the following terms:

Within one week from the date of receipt of a web copy of the order, the petitioner shall present the said document before the Sub Registrar and upon presentation of the said document, the same shall be received and the document shall be processed in accordance with the law and orders be passed.

No costs.
