Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the special Judge for SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act/2nd Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR Unit) Tirunelveli to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of their surrender in Crime No.34 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to to direct the special Judge for SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act/2nd Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR Unit) Tirunelveli to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of his surrender in Crime No.34 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. Already petition of similar nature was filed before this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.3211 of 2018 and direction was also given by this court. However, supressing the same, the present petition has been filed. Therefore there are no merits in the petition and the same is dismissed.
