ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the petitioner's complaint dated 13.04.2023 from the file of the second respondent to some other agencies for other reliefs within the time stipulation prescribed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made a complaint on 13.04.2023 and the same was not considered by the second respondent police so far. Therefore, the present petition has been filed to transfer the investigation.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that within a period of one week, the petitioner's complaint will be considered by the second respondent.

4. In view of the above submission, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 13.04.2023 and pass orders on its own merits within a period of one week from the date 2/5

of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
