O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to conduct an enquiry in CSR No.24 of 2025 dated 13.01.2025 and register an FIR based on the complaint dated 13.01.2025 and representation sent by the petitioner to the 1st respondent on 08.04.2025.

2.According to the petitioner, based on his complaint, dated 13.01.2025, C.S.R.No.24 of 2025 has been assigned, but thereafter, the respondent police have not conducted enquiry. Therefore, he sent the representation dated 08.04.2025 to the second respondent, but the same has also not been considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the petitioner's 2/5

representation, the second respondent has fixed the enquiry today. They will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law. 4.Recording the said submission that the petitioner's representation is pending with the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's representation dated 08.04.2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of one week, from the date of this order.
