ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents to take action against the policemen of the first of respondent and officials of the second respondent, who unlawfully interfering into business of the petitioner, who is running a road side tiffin shop and threatening him to remove the shop, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 17.12.2018. 2.There is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the second respondent would submit that they have advised the petitioner to run the tiffin shop without making any disturbance to the public and except that, no other harassment.

W.P.(MD).No.555 of 2019 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent would submit that there is no harassment on the part of the police officials.

5. This Court is of the considered view that cause of action is of the year 2018. Now, three years lapsed. As per the submissions made by the learned counsels for the respondents, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above said term. No costs.
