When the matter was taken up for hearing today, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner. It is brought to the notice of this court that directions were issued by this Court on 27.06.2023, directing the petitioner to pay 90% of the arrears amount to the respondents and the same has not been complied with till date. This Court does not find any ground to interfere with the orders passed by the Court below. It is left open to the respondents to recover the maintenance amount from the petitioner by filing an appropriate application. 2.In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
