Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.PALANISAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crimal Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to some inconvenience, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.17105 of 2021 dated 02.11.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

CRL MP(MD) No.6906 of 2022 3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 02.11.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.17105 of 2021 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
