********* [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to give permission and provide protection to conduct "Aadal-Padal programme" at Karumichanpatty Public Stage in connection with the Annadhanam Festival of Arulmigu Sri Balasubramani Temple, Karumichanpatty, Thiruppathur, Sivagangai District, scheduled to be held on 14.08.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that already an order has been passed by this Court, for the very same function, on 10.08.2018, in W.P.(MD)No.17771 of 2018, filed by the very same petitioner, though the Counsel is different.

3. The aforesaid statement will lead to serious consequences. However, we are refraining ourselves from taking any further action, except dismissing the present petition.
