ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to survey the land and issue patta to the petitioner with respect to the land measuring 5 cents in old Survey No.191/2, New Survey No.191/2A4A at Kodangi Nayakkanpatti Village, Nillakkottai Taluk, Dindigul District.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had given a representation on 23.03.2023.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that patta stands not only in the name of the petitioner but also in the name of vendor of the petitioner and also another person. 2/4

4.It would only be appropriate that the fourth respondent issues notice to all those individuals, whose name is found in the patta and examine whether there is any objection for issuance of patta to the petitioner herein. If there are objections, the objections may be noted and the report may be filed as to why patta cannot be granted. If there are no objections, the fourth respondent may proceed in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above observation.
