ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for R1 & R2.

2. It is seen that service on R3 to R5 is yet to be completed. However, considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to them is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner seeks cancellation of the UDR patta issued in favour of R3 to R5. The petitioner had already given a representation dated 29.01.2019 before the first respondent.

4. The first respondent is the competent authority. The first respondent is directed to pass order on the petitioner's revision petition on merits and in accordance with law after holding due enquiry within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent has to necessarily issue notice to R3 to R5 as well as other stake holders and interested persons, if any. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the first respondent to pass order one way or other. 2/4
