ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.19 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that already the matter had been investigated and final report made ready as 'Action Dropped' . Since already investigation was completed the prayer of the petitioner need not be considered.

3. Since the prayer is to quash the First Information Report and already investigation was completed and action dropped, it is for the petitioners to seek appropriate remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

4. In view of the same, preserving the liberty of the petitioners to challenge the final report this petition is to be closed. 2/4
