Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent. Considering the nature of relief to be granted in this writ petition, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with. 2.The writ petitioner is a member of the second respondent society. He states that due to rife among the members of the board, there is total inaction on the part of the second respondent society. He states that even the welfare schemes to be taken during the pandemic times are not being implemented. Therefore, he wants the first respondent to take corrective action in the matter. The petitioner has given a representation in this regard. W.P.(MD)No.12902 of 2020 I make it clear that the first respondent should necessarily put the second respondent on notice before taking any such action. The Additional Government Pleader states that within a period of one week the complaint in question will be earnestly attended to. 3.Recording the said undertaking given by the first respondent through the learned Additional Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
