ORDER
The petitioner is a holder of the Indian passport. On the ground that his involvement in a criminal case, it was impounded. It is now stated that the case registered against the petitioner is only at the FIR stage. Therefore, there cannot be any impediment. 2.The first respondent is directed to return the passport to the petitioner immediately without any delay.
3.This writ petition is allowed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
