PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying this Court to direct the respondent 1 and 2 herein not to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioners and others and not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.03.2023. ORDER
This petitioner has filed the present petition to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein not to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioners and 1/3
others and not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.03.2023. 2.On the side of the respondent, it is submitted that the complaint filed against the petitioner has already been closed after completing the enquiry, since it is civil in nature.
3.In view of the above said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
