The petitioner is an auction purchaser of the subject property, who has made an application for transfer of patta in his name. The petitioner seeks necessary enquiry to be conducted based on the petitioner's application for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.
3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has purchased the property in SARFAESI proceedings and has been put in possession of the subject property and a registered sale certificate has also been issued to the petitioner and has sought for mutation of the revenue records in his favour based on the registered sale certificate issued in his favour, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application, dated 25.10.2023 and pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the persons in whose name patta is presently mutated.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
