2.By order, dated 28.04.2025, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.159 of 2023 on or before 31.12.2025. 3.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.9797/A1/2025 dated 19.12.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further four months time to comply with the order, dated 28.04.2025, made in this Civil Revision Petition.
