ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks issuance of patta. The land in question has been classified as natham. Therefore, it is the second respondent who has to consider the petitioner's case. The petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation before the second respondent. The second respondent shall hold an enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks after receipt of such an application. All the contentions of the writ petitioner are left open. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
