ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN , J.,) When the matter is taken up for hearing on 07.10.2025, this Court passed the following order :
"This Court while disposing the appeals on 14.03.2025 directed the appellants to deposit the reduced amount, less any amount if already deposited, 30/33
within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also directed to list the matter on 20.06.2025 for reporting compliance. The order copy was also despatched on 26.03.2025.
4. Subsequently, the matter was again listed on 28.07.2025 and on that day, at the request of the learned Additional Advocate General, the matter was adjourned to 26.08.2025. Thereafter, the matter was again listed on 01.09.2025 and on that day also, the matter was adjourned to 07.10.2025".

3. The learned Additional Advocate General would submit that they have filed a Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and it is at the stage of diary and the matter to be listed on or before 07.12.2025.
4. Already this Court passed order on 14.03.2025 and also further directed to comply with the direction made in the judgment and 31/33
thereafter posted for reporting compliance on 20.06.2025 and till date they have neither produced any appeal number nor complied with the order of this Court.
