Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to Call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of suspension in Rc.No.9167/A2/2019 dated 10.9.2019 on the file of the respondent No.2

and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondent to revoke the suspension order in and re-instate the petitioner in the Post of Drawing Teacher, Government Higher Secondary Schoo, Kadaladi, Ramanathapuram District by considering the petitioner representation dated 16.12.2019 with consequential benefits.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed in W.M.P(MD).No.3653 of 2020 in W.P(MD). No.4346 of 2020, dated 02.03.2020, has been complied with and she has also produced the copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.9167/A2/2019, dated 29.01.2021 to that effect.

2.Recording the above submission and the proceedings dated 29.01.2021, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
