The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct survey based on the petitioner's applications, dated 20.01.2025 and 20.04.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. Though the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that survey has already been conducted, the learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions from the petitioner states that no such survey has been conducted as requested by the petitioner.

4. In the light of the above, the respondents are directed to take effective steps to dispose of the petitioner's applications, dated 20.01.2025 and 20.04.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve

(12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.. Any neighbours who may be prejudiced or interested in such survey, shall also be put on notice before conducting survey.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
