ORDER

This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking amendment of the Taluk name in the description of the third respondent.

2.The third respondent was originally described as the Tahsildar, Madurai West Taluk, Viraganur, Madurai District. It is submitted that the said description was due to an inadvertent and innocuous error. The correct description of the third respondent is "The Tahsildar, Madurai South Taluk, Viraganur, Madurai District." 3.In view of the above, this Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction, issue a corrected copy of the order, and upload the same.
