The petitioner has approached this Court that the 2nd respondent Police is harassing him under the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the 3rd respondent, who is the wife of the petitioner, has lodged a complaint before the Commissioner of Police alleging that the petitioner has forcibly taken the child from her. The said complaint has been forwarded to the respondents Police and the same is pending for enquiry. He further submits that they are not harassing the petitioner and they would conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks.
3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the petitioner shall not be harassed during the course of enquiry.
