ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first respondent herein to transfer the investigation of the petitioner's case from the file of the respondents 2 and 3 to the file of C.B.C.I.D. or any other competent officials immediately registering an F.I.R., by complying with the orders of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur, in C.M.P.No.1601 of 2022, dated 14.11.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the above said order was not properly complied with by the respondent, so, he approached this Court, seeking an order and in spite of the direction by this Court, no proper investigation was undertaken by the respondent. Yesterday, i.e.21.06.2023, only F.I.R has been registered. Since only yesterday the said case has been registered, the petitioner has to wait for reasonable time and if he is aggrieved, he can work out his remedy, through appropriate proceedings.

3. There shall be a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and that it should be monitored by the Deputy Superintendant of Police concerned.
4. With the above directions, this Petition is disposed of. 22.06.2023 NCC :
