This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the case in Crime No.90 of 2024, pending on the file of the respondent police. 2.Earlier, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and therefore, the matter was posted today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Again, today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the case in crime No.90 of 2024, pending on the file of the respondent police, is registered only on 08.04.2024 and the investigation is at initial stage. 2/4
