When the matter was taken up for hearing on 11.12.2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner had reported 'no instructions'. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today (13.12.2024) by printing the name of the petitioner in the cause list.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, though the name of the petitioner is printed in the cause list, none appeared for the petitioner, which shows that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing this matter. However, the learned counsel for the 1st respondent and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent are present. Therefore, this Court has no other option except to dismiss this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
