This Petition is filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with the Spl.S.C.No.329 of 2023 on the file of the Learned Special Court for POCSO Act cases at Dindigul.

ORDER : This Criminal Original petition coming on for orders upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 04.12.2024 and the requisition letter of the Sessions Judge, Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Dindigul, vide letter in D.No. 169/2025, dated 04.02.2025, and of Mr.M.Suresh, Advocate for the Petitioner and of none appeared either in person or through by an advocate for the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to 1/3

dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.329 of 2023 pending on the file of the Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Dindigul.

2. The learned Sessions Judge, Special Court Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act Cases, Dindigul, sent a letter, dated 04.02.2025, requesting extension of further time to dispose of Spl.S.C.No.329 of 2023 pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 20.06.2024.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the Sessions Judge, Special Court Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act Cases, Dindigul, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, two months time is extended for disposing the case in Spl.S.C.329 of 2023 from 04.02.2025 as requested by the learned Sessions Judge.
