PRAYER : Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the contemnors / respondents for the deliberate and willful disobedience of the order dated 06.11.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.14839 of 2021.

ORDER

The Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order passed in W.P.(MD).No.14839 of 2021, dated 06.11.2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the wife of the deceased, who is the seventh respondent in the present petition filed W.P.(MD).No.19058 of 2024 before this Court challenging the action initiated by the official respondents and an order of interim stay was granted. Subsequently, the interim order was also extended.

3. In the light of the above development, the petitioner has to necessarily work out his remedy in W.P.(MD).No.19058 of 2024 and no further orders can be passed in this Petition.
