ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) I.P.C, in Crime No.Not known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petition enquiry is undertaken in CSR.No.102 of 2022.

3.It appears that it is a matrimonial dispute between the husband and wife. During the course of enquiry, wife has appeared before the respondent police and stated that she is not willing to live with her husband. She has also stated that she will workout her remedy through appropriate proceedings before the concerned Family Court. Based upon her statement, petition enquiry was closed on 10.06.2022.
