ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 22.04.2025 1/3

under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, praying to grant an order of pre-arrest bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submits that the respondentPolice registered a case against the petitioner in Crime No.106 of 2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b) and 351(2) of BNS, 2023. He further submits that all the aforesaid offences are bailable in nature. He also submits that so far, the respondent-Police did not file any alteration report. The submission is hereby recorded.
