This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned transfer order passed by the first respondent in RC.No.4074/N2/2019 dated 07.03.2019.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner was transferred from Madurai to Eroade vide Deputation Order dated 20.11.2020. He would further submit that the petitioner was also joined duty on 30.11.2020. 3.In view of the subsequent order passed on 20.11.2020, the learned counsel appearing on either side would submit that the prayer sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous and no further order is necessary. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
