The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to measure and demarcate the property in S.No.366/12 in Patta No.467 in Surakundu Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District as per the petitioner's application dated 17.12.2019 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the parties fairly submitted that survey has already been conducted and that the relief sought for has become infructuous. 3.Recording the submission of the parties, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
