O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents forthwith to take necessary action on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.04.2005.

2.According to the petitioner, he sent a complaint dated 02.04.2025 to the second respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's complaint is under consideration and the same is pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer for conducting peace committee meeting. However, after receipt of the report from the Revenue Divisional Officer, they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law. 4.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner's complaint is pending with the second respondent, this Court directs the second 2/4

respondent to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's complaint dated 02.04.2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, after receipt of the report from the Revenue Divisional Officer without any delay.

6.With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
