Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petition mentioned land has been classified as agricultural land. The petitioner wants to use the same for running a crusher unit. The petitioner has also given his application. It has to be routed through the third respondent. Thereafter, the inspection will be done by the other respondents and final order will be passed by the second respondent. The petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh application to the third respondent and the entire exercise will be concluded within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The second respondent shall pass order on the petitioner's application for change of land use within the aforesaid period.
