ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.09.2018 and consequently directing the third respondent to receive the property tax, in respect of petitioner's colony house being located in Survey NO.937/5C24 (vide patta No.3877) of South Sankarankovil Revenue Village, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2. The petitioner gave a representation on 17.09.2018 for receiving the property tax in respect of the petitioner's property.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation was submitted by the petitioner in the year 2018 and the petitioner may be directed to give a fresh representation. On receipt of fresh representation, the same will be considered within the time stipulated by this Court. 2/5

4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the petitioner to give a fresh representation along with a copy of the representation dated 17.09.2018, if it is available, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of fresh representation, the official respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the same, on its own merits, within a period of four

(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a fresh representation.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
