O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the second respondent from interfering with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the third respondent under the guise of enquiry.

2. On 27.07.2021, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the third respondent continuously giving complaint against the petitioner before different police stations, making allegations with regard to money transaction.

3.By an elaborate order dated 27.07.2021, direction was issued to the second respondent herein, to close the complaint given by the third respondent. Notice was also ordered to the third respondent.

W.P.(MD)No.12817 of 2021 4.Today 25.08.2021, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the complaint has been closed on 25.07.2021 finding that there is no evidence to show that there was money transaction between the parties.

5.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the complaint has been closed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
