This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioners by interfering into the nature of civil dispute, pursuant to the complaint made by the 3rd respondent.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the 2nd respondent Police is not harassing the petitioners. On the complaint given by the 3rd respondent to the Commissioner of Police, Tirunelveli, a petition enquiry is pending in current paper No.314 of 2024 and the same would be completed within a period of two weeks.
