This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, Kanyakumari District, to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.710 of 2011.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, Kanyakumari District, is directed to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.710 of 2011 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
