The petitioner/defacto complainant in Crime No.34 of 2025 on the file of the respondent, with the grievance that the investigation in above crime number has not yet been completed, has approached this Court.

2.Mr.RMeenakshi Sundaram, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondent and submits that the issue involved in this case is of matrimonial dispute. Since the first accused/the husband of the petitioner absconded and he got anticipatory bail recently, they need some more time to conclude the investigation.

3.This Court considered the rival submissions made and also perused the materials placed on record.

4. The case in Crime No.34 of 2025 is of matrimonial dispute.
