ORDER

The petitioner seeks the following reliefs:- " to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to direct the 6th respondent not to entertain any application for mutation of Revenue Records in respect of Survey No.310/5 Patta No.420 an extent of 17 Acres 50 Cents in Navalpattu Village, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Trichy District in view of the Final Decree in I.A.No.4/2022 in O.S.NO. 2/5

362/2021 order dated 30.11.2022 on the file of the learned II Additional District Judge, Trichiappalli by considering the petitioner representation dated 15.02.2025."

2.I have heard Miss.SK.Pavithra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.C.Satheesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 6.

3. The prayer as sought for by the writ petitioner cannot be entertained, however, the interest of the petitioner would be protected. The sixth respondent is directed to give an opportunity to the petitioner in the event of any application for mutation of records being presented to the sixth respondent pertaining to the survey No.310/5 covered in Patta No.420, 17 Acres 50 Cents in Navalpattu Village, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Trichy District, and objections of the petitioner considered, before any final orders are passed.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
