Respondents PRAYER : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct inquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.07.2020 and take appropriate action against the respondents 3 to 9 as per law within the stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.

The petitioner filed this writ petition praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct inquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.07.2020 and take appropriate action against the respondents 3 to 9 as per law within the stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court. 2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the representation given by the petitioner dated 20.07.2020 had been received by the first respondent and subsequently, the same was transferred to the file of the second respondent. Further upon the said representation, an enquiry has been initiated in C.No.G4/1804/18711/2020 and the same was pending.

W.P.(MD)No.12644 of 2020 3.Therefore, considering the said circumstances, it is made clear that since the representation submitted by the petitioner had already been considered, no further order is necessary. However, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
