ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to work out his right by executing the mortgage decree that he has obtained. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the same, permission is granted. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. There shall be no order as to costs.
